At AnthonydiNolasTours we strongly believe in protecting consumer privacy, that's why we only ask you for information related to the services we provide. We never sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information to anyone. This privacy policy describes what information we collect from you, how it is used and what security measures we take to protect it.

Newsletter


If you are on our mailing list we only ask for your email address. This information is used to send you information about our company, products or other items that may be of interest to you. Our newsletters may occasionally contain links to our website or other hotel websites. 

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out at any time by requesting to be removed from our mailing list by emailing us.

 

Orders & Payments


When you place an order with us, we require contact information, such as your name and e-mail address and, in some cases, partial or full postal address or telephone number. This information is only used to contact you with information about your order. In rare cases, we may need to share your contact information with suppliers of booked services from your tour. Otherwise, we do not sell or share this information with any third parties.

At the time of booking, we also ask you for payment transfer into our bank account and we do not ask for your bank details nor do we keep any such details. 

We only keep email address within the hard drive of one computer in our office. Nothing is kept online. All generic emails are blind copies therefore your information is not visible to anyone else at any time.

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc.

Documents:

In order for us to book internal flights and for safaris passport details are required. We share these with our ground handlers only and we do not store or keep this information.

Additionally where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons).

Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. 

You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us.

Marketing

We will hold your information, where collected by us, and may use it to inform you of offers in the future or to send you brochures.
